Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda Otemachi

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the train station and there is a shop near by for anything you may need. The hotel staff were great there checking in and the hotel was great. The room I had was ideal for a solo traveller. Would happily stay in this hotel again.

Incredibly small single rooms - but probably the norm for Tokyo. Really lovely front of house staff and v convenient for the metro system

The room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to Kanda Station, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked if it was possible to reserve a room away from the elevator with a street view, and they kindly arranged one that perfectly suited my needs. Throughout my stay, they were attentive and patient, assisting with requests such as providing extra hangers and helping to reserve taxis. I genuinely felt very welcome.

The property is located perfectly near the subway and JR station. The hotel has a lot of conveniences due to great food and entertainment nearby. This place was family friendly and great to amenities. Will recommend this place to anyone wanting a quick and convenient home place to start the day around Tokyo and it’s wards.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom small but had all amenities needed. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel location was excellent and the breakfast was very good value for money.

Smooth operation!

The hotel was fine. Room was very small and bathroom was tiny tiny. But it was clean and convenient. My window looked onto a dark alley and brick wall. I would imagine there are better rooms with more light. Staff was helpful

Clean room, helpful staff, and convenient but quiet location to get to most of Tokyo. Keep in mind of the room size because it is a business hotel in central Tokyo, but as a solo traveler I found it sufficient.

The staff was super helpful with our questions regarding airport transfers!
