This hotel was amazing! Rooms were totally clean, breakfast was amazing and there were so many choices that changed every day, and one of the greatest things about this hotel is how kind and outgoing everyone is! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and attentive! The location was great and there is a local market right at the end of the street. Dimas was exceptional and the girl who was the greeter at breakfast was so happy all of the time! The people who wait on you in the restaurant were great! There is purified water on every floor, which is very helpful.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, nice pool, good buffet breakfast for price, great location, one block from a street with lots of restaurants, clean and comfortable room, my room had a great view of the volcanoes. Would stay again.

There is constant noise pollution and rooms are not sound proof. The rooms are in need of a makeover and serious deep clean. Areas such as the bathroom shower had green buildup and toilet seats were beige in color from age. Two of the major issues that I encountered in my two week long stay at the property was poor wifi service and inconsistent hot water availability. These are major problems that the hotel management needs to address.

This hotel is in a very strategic location where a lot of expats hang out in the restaurants nearby it is fairly soundproof so the mosque noise doesn't really bother you if you're a decent sleeper unless you're sitting outside on your balcony which is kind of nice it's very pretty it's not perfect by any means of course no hotel is the bed was okay the room service was really good really cheap and again strategic location I would give it a 7.5 out of 10

The staff support was lacking and reflected in my rating. This is my 3rd stay here and they have a consistent problem with providing hot water. I do not know if I am just unlucky but I have encountered this problem twice already and I have nonetheless been willing to look past this flaw. However, this day I am not willing to so after waiting almost 4 hours to take a shower and still not having any hot water
