Check in was fine and the bar staff were wonderful but my room came with two beds joined together while I specifically chose a room with one bed.
Also the tv in my room didn’t work and the app mentioned that tv in the room is smart which wasn’t.I complained many times ti the reception and I kept being promised it will be fixed by the technician that never came till I left.I planned to watch the Germany Ivory Coast match in the comfort of my room but ended up watching it in town which costed more.I feel cheated!

As a working professional and traveling on business, I wish the hotel had some simple amenities in the room like a toothbrush, shower cap and a box of tissues. There were none. Having the metal stools as side tables was truly tacky. There should also be some more hangers for clothes. There were only 4 in the room. I would not recommend staying there. Was very pricey and not in a good location. It’s not walkable to anything.

The rooms are clean and modern. Staff are helpful and breakfast is great. However, there is no kettle or tea and coffee items in the rooms.

Great hotel. Close to tram to old town.
Parking on street very difficult, there is a free parking close but full during working time, then spaces available.
Breakfast great.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very small and had no amenities. There was only 1 chair to sit on. There was not desk or workspace. They brought in a round table on our last day, which there was no room for. There was barely enough room for 2 suitcases which had to be on the ground. They did have a place to put a suitcase, but it was the only area to use. The nightstand was a metal stool with a hole in it. The only shelf space was a 3 inch shelf under the TV and a ledge in the bathroom. Definitely not meant for 2 people.

excellent hotel less than 10 minute walk from dusseldorf Hbf station
decent size room
nice big bed
powerful shower
good wifi
hotel is in quiet area
all the staff were very good but i would like to give Vanessa @ reception a special mention as she was extremely professional in solving a couple of minor issues
