The room was very impressive with a large Chandelier. The breakfast was Delicious and the staff very very nice and helpful

This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!

This is more of a bed and breakfast experience than a hotel, so if that’s your thing, I’m sure you would find this to be quite a charming experience. Clean environment. Kind and welcoming staff. Very dark building and entry way.

Clean and nice room and property. Operations very poor, wrong instructions on how to get yo the ballet by car, poor coordination w staff on car parking. No water in the living room/ lounge area. Very loud street, woke up at midnight with a large group singing very loud (with windows closed) for at least 20min.
