Lovely clean room and bathroom exactly as expected. Staff were helpful at check in and explained the check out procedure. Situated just off the main Leith tram route so easy to find although it is also walkable from the main city area and walkable down to Leith. Certainly would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were perfectly clean, which I appreciated. However, I would strongly advise wearing slippers in the bedroom and bathroom. The floors were quite dirty, and specifically, there were dried urine stains on the bathroom floor around the toilet. It’s clear that the cleaning is not done thoroughly.

Good accommodation but room too warm, tried to turn radiator off but not successful making it a very warm night for sleeping, apart from that all good.

Room was clean and warm. A bit dated but value for the price we paid. Good Location for Leith walk and the playhouse. Gentleman who greeted us was courteous.
