The first room we had, the tv went out and it stayed out for 24 hours. When we told one of the young ladies at the front desk, she wasted no time accommodating us with a better room. It was greatly appreciated.

We always enjoy staying here. Breakfast is good. The hotel is clean and you get a great view

Staff was friendly. Overall, the hotel needs better cleaning throughout, especially walls, baseboards and hallway carpet. I am surprised the mattresses were not enclosed in a zipped cover.

This hotel is a little run down. The carpets are stained, the rooms have an odor, the sheets are rough and the shower head was loose. Not our favorite stay and definitely a disappointment

The property definitely seems worn down. The bathtub/shower leaked in my room. The toilet seat was very loose. I had to ask for body wash. The room seemed to have to dampness to it including the bed sheets. The staff was friendly. The property is convenient in its location.

This place was really bad. The room was not very clean. The only good thing was that the king bed was decent and comfortable. The shower was decent as well. The breakfast ok.

My family and I reserved two rooms, and unfortunately our stay got off to a terrible start. One of our rooms was left unlocked and open when we arrived. The room looked disorganized, as if someone had recently been in it or had been lying on the bed, even though it appeared to have been partially cleaned. The second room had not been cleaned at all. The previous guest’s towel was still on the bathroom floor, and it was clear housekeeping had not serviced the room. After we were reassigned to another room, we found the TV remote was missing. Staff brought us two replacement remotes, but neither one worked. In our other room, multiple lamps were missing light bulbs. The bathrooms were dirty, and the overall property appeared poorly maintained and lacking in cleanliness. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.
