Room was clean and spacious, the staff is nice to offer complimentary lounge access for drink and snacks, awesome breakfast too. Hotel offers shuttle bus and buggy to Future Park shopping mall a big plus.

The air-conditioning temperature cannot be controlled and seems centralized even though there is temperature settings. When turning on the air conditioning, it is freezing. When turning off, it is stuffy.

Great city hotel. Easily found by all Grab cars, huge mall across street, but best secret is the market that is adjacent to mall, across large interchange but only 19 minute walk. Well worth it.

Great hotel. Wonderful hotel to stay. And there are lots of restaurants near in future Park. As the restaurant in the hotel can be a bit pricey.

The property was very nice and well maintained. It looks like a new property, with a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but there was no noise or issues caused by this construction at all. The Future Park Complex is very close, and the hotel has a shuttle which was very convenient. The staff were excellent and helped with anything we needed.
