This hotel was clean and comfortable. We were in easy walking distance of the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. It was also a comfortable walking distance from the train station.

The room was good with a very comfortable bed and a good shower although it had complex controls. Staff at checking in were nice, but didn't advice on getting breakfast ticket in morning to go with the vouchers given at check-in! Big que in morning as only 1 member of staff working very hard checking customers in between cleaning tables etc. Breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese food. They could do with more breakfast staff.

Not a really user-friendly tap in the toilet. 1 pillow by default, but you can request for more. No housekeeping for 3 nights or below (only every 4th day). The room gets bright by 5+ (sun rises) even with curtains drawn. Location is within 7mins walk from Matsumoto station and decent breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel, very spacious room. Really pleased we could all have additional mattresses brought in. Staff were fantastic and very professional. Our son was ill and they were only concerned about his wellbeing. Thank you for a lovely stay.
