Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay and ultimately decided to check out early. We found the staff to be unaccommodating and, at times, discourteous. In addition, overnight parking in the garage required an additional fee, breakfast was not included, and we were informed of extra charges related to our check-in timing, which was unexpected and frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Really nice modern hotel. Staff attentitive. Well decorated and nice rooms No mini fridge but the hotel bar was nice and gave buckets of ice so not a big issue for us. Super close to the regional train station and easy to get to wherever in the city. Grocery store 5 minutes away and tram very close. Would definitely reccomend.

Rooms were clean, and had most of the things we needed but did not have a safe, which we would have liked. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main area, which was nice. Location is about a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride from the Historic old town/downtown core of Dresden. The hotel is adjacent to an area, Neustadt, that is funkier and young and lots of good restaurants and cute shops there. Unfortunately, there is no washer/dryer on site. This would have been quite useful.
