Check-in was a pain in the neck. Everything else was fine. And they told us they would charge extra(1€ per hour) if we used the air conditioning.

It is conveniently located near Milan Central but does not offer value for money. When we checked in, we were informed that the air conditioning is available but we will be billed additional euros to use it. Second room has a sofa bed and it is very uncomfortable. Small kitchen and confusing building layout with a lack of lighting makes it very difficult to navigate.

Spotlessly clean and fitted with really good quality furnishings. Located perfectly for the central train station. It took us a little while to find the way in but once inside the welcome and explanation was all clear. Only negative was that the air conditioning did not seem to be working and it was very hot.

Could be much better. Room ok, bed disgusting. Grimy bed base old and past time to replace, mattress old with big dip in middle. Maintenance could be improved, with door handle missing. Otherwise room features ok with nice bathroom

The location of this apartment was the best part of my stay. Unfortunately, I had a few problems as soon as I arrived. The toilet was continuously leaking, the shower door was broken, the only table in the room was small and wobbly, and the washing machine was broken. The wifi was spotty and so I had to move my laptop and work close to the hallway door. I also had to spend 40 euros to clean my close in a nearby laundromat. The staff was nice and tried to help but unfortunately nothing was fixed.

The room was clean bright and ultra modern. Staff was very helpful, although office is only open 3 to 8 PM. Outstanding location right next to Milan Central Station. The only thing that was missing is a place to hang clothes. Has washer.
