The location was perfect. In walking distance of many historic sites. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant served tastey food. I would recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia, the experience was absolutely flawless. Unbeatable Location: Situated mere steps away from the iconic Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the convenience of this hotel cannot be overstated. It is the absolute perfect home base for exploring the historical wonders of Sultanahmet. World-Class Hospitality: The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. Their warmth, incredible attention to detail, and eagerness to assist with every request made the entire trip completely seamless and unforgettable. Stunning Accommodations: The rooms are beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and perfectly equipped with all the modern comforts you could possibly need after a long day of sightseeing. Incredible Breakfast: Waking up to their spectacular, high-quality breakfast spread is a treat in itself, setting the perfect tone for a day of exploring the city. I cannot recommend the Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia enough. It is truly exceptional in every sense of the word, and I will absolutely be returning on my next visit. Five stars across the board!

The staff Fatima at the front desk was amazing, kind and welcoming. This hotel is beautiful and within walking distance to downtown. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us with rates quoted in advance. We were leaving so early in the morning so we were unable to eat the breakfast buffet however they arranged for us to have a boxed breakfast packed and ready to go upon departure. This is a very unique special location and everyone that worked at this hotel was beyond wonderful.

We.enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily return. From check in to check out it was an excellent stay. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The onsite restaurant is very good. The location is great. All the major historic attractions are less than 10 minutes walk away. Opposite the hotel there is a conveninence store (bottled water, snacks etc) and many restaurants. We enjoyed the one just opposite the hotel. The Bosphorus promenade is less than 10 minutes away. We chose a room with a view of the Bosphorus--the view is partially obstructed and you have to stand at the French doors to see it and there's no balcony--but it was still fun to watch the ships and birds. However the view from the rooftop restaurant is much better. Taxis to by often so you can either ask the front desk to get one for you or hail one in front of the hotel. Our dinner cruise company picked us up at the hotel.

The staff was great and very helpful, the room was well maintained, the tourist attraction was closed by as well as public transportation

Great breakfast!

Walking distance to number of places in the old town . May not be ideal if you have mobility issues if not great quiet location . Very clean rooms and some rooms have a private outside seating which is great place to relax.

We had a very pleasant stay at Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is well located and provided a relaxing base for exploring the city. We appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attentive service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Istanbul.
