Compact, recently renovated hotel. AC worked well as outside temperatures were in the 30s. Everything worked that needed to.

Room was very cute and cleaned. Staff were nice and helpful. Inside the hotel, we feel safe. We left at 2:45 am the front staff made sure our ride, arrived before he leaves the front door. That was very kind of him.

Besides the lovely staff, everything else was below average. The room was tiny, even though we paid for a bigger one. The towels and bedsheets were dirty too, even the fresh ones when we asked them to be changed. We also asked for an ironing board and an iron (pretty standard at any hotel nowadays, especially other 4 star hotels), and they gave us a completely broken ironing board. The only good thing was the location, and the lovely staff. The property itself really needs a lot of maintenance.
