The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooftop bar and view were incredible. The hotel rooms were clean and large. The only thing that was difficult was having to book the gym and spa amenities with additional costs. The website doesn’t list it but there is a pool available for booking and a fee as well. Spa hours are limited.

Staff were amazing in all aspects. Extremely helpful and facilitated everything we needed. More clarity needed in the use of the Spa. We had booked intending to use the sauna and spa but this required a supplemental charge of €20 p/p per 1.5 hours.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, and we loved the rooftop bar, which had delightful cocktails and a fabulous view of Vesuvius. The location was perfect for visiting the ruins and was also close to many great restaurants. Would fully recommend a stay.

The property itself was clean updated and nice. Currently construction is going on around the hotel. Right next to the train station about 5 minutes walk. The spa was clean and the amenities are nice.
