Definitely the property is showing it's age，but it is a good deal for the money asked for. On the information page saying it is described as a smoke free hotel, but it is in fact a free to smoke hotel. There is an ash tray in the room I stayed......

It's not a fancy hotel, but it's conveniently located and super clean.
For what it is, it is perfect. If you want anything special or any significant level of amenities, well, that's not what it is.

If all you want is someplace to sleep, then this may be OK.
They do not clean the room while you are. They ask you to put the trash and towels outside your room for pick-up. Place is old, with some rooms having peeling paint on walls.
Room was quiet and wifi was good.
