We brought 3 generations on vacation and this resort is perfect for all ages and ability/mobility levels. It is stunningly beautiful, impeccably designed, and the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

Wonderful rooms, nice pools, great staff and food. Just disliked having to take a shuttle literally everywhere. Would prefer a more walkable resort. It is nice and beautiful though

The resort is stunning and the all-inclusive setup made everything so easy. The food at was an amazing, and the staff was so kind. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, and there was plenty to do between the pools, beach access. We saw a lot of iguanas and raccoons but they didn’t bother us. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality all-inclusive experience in Tulum, this is the spot. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it for couples, groups, or families.

The beach was always clean. What I didn’t like was that we had to make reservations and the days that we were there couldn’t make it because didn’t have a log in… other than that loved everything..
