We had a misunderstanding with one of our rooms and Samuele at the front desk went out of his way to make sure he accommodated us in every way he could. Great staff and clean property. Love that it was converted from a church as well.

Disappointing. Building and pool area fab but - breakfast items ran out - booked for 3 people in room. Had to chase twice for 3rd bed to be made up. Finally made up at 10pm! - staff had very disinterested attitude. Absolutely no interest in us - house keeper knocks and enters within seconds. Intrusive at 7pm at night - shower not as clean as it could be Booked following editorial recommendation but ultimately turned out to be less than expected. Sad

The room itself was fine and the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. The main issue was breakfast on the second day. There were no eggs, no cups, no cheese, and no tea available at all. It felt like nothing had been restocked and there was little effort to fix it during breakfast hours. A few guests were waiting around hoping items would be brought out but it never really happened. It left a disappointing impression because breakfast is usually an important part of the stay. Everything else was okay but this really brought the experience down.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel we extended our stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was cold but so refreshing on the hot days, we spent most of our time here during the day, bar was open and the bar staff were very pleasant and attentive . Our room with the terrace was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The maids did a great job keeping it fresh and tidy. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, plenty of choice and very delicious. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back

Hotel is super clean and Pretty, just far from the Milan Central. For first timers - it says City Life but it’s far from the city with very limited to none options to eat around.

Loved our 1 night Stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very attentive to details and the turndown service was nice Hotel is not too far from the city center and attractions. Loved it, would definitely return.

I booked this hotel just for the pool. Hotels.command it was a seasonal pool and showed dates of end of March. When we went up to the pool we found the whole area closed off for refurbishment. They did not tell us this on check in or on line.
