The site photos does not match what it actually looked. Drunk people sitting in the pavement-no my idea of a holiday because i don't feel safe. My bad, i though old buildings will provide some sort of history but it didn’t. Old building provided creaking floors and a fragile elevator that can accommodate 2 people at a time 😕 Learned my lesson, not going back. It is not for me, this is a first for me.

Hotel staff were great.
Room was fine. Bathroom needed a lot of work.
But you get what you pay for £60 for 1 night in Brighton not bad. Thanks for a warm welcome and a good sleep.

Excellent location right next to the beach. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. A bit noisy at night.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. easy to get to everywhere. short walk from train and bus. Good size. 3 person room

Really friendly staff, and the hotel allows guests to use a cowork area with comfy seats and cooking facilities. Free tea and coffee with lots of little nooks to sit and relax.
Right next to the coast and the i360 so you don’t have far to go to all the sights of Brighton.
Beds were really comfortable. The road outside is busy and can get quite noisy but quiet enough at night.

නියමයි Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit worse for wear (side table missing a leg, chair for table very unstable and the bathroom taps were degrading). However, bedding was clean and plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. For the price we paid, it was good quality.
