සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Our room smelled awful of mildew that we had to keep the windows open all night. We were on a strict schedule and didn’t have time to make the staff aware until late that night so we just roughed it. In the morning we made the front desk aware and was told to call the manager the next day since she wasn’t available at that time which would be after we checked out. I left several messages for her and never received a call back. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will continue to try to contact the manager now through email or escalate it if needed

නියමයි The front desk staff Denise and another woman (?) were amazingly helpful in getting my suitcase shippped to me after I left it in the lobby. They suggested that I send them a FedEX shipping form which they attached to the box they put my suitcase in. I had my suitcase within 2 days. Thank you!
