නියමයි The property itself was located in a great spot and the rooms were very clean. We arrived late in the night and found that there was no one at the front desk, instead they have a kiosk that you must use to check in with, and the kiosk has a virtual person performing the check in. They gave us an already occupied room, which wasn’t great. Went back and got another room and everything was good thereafter.

The room was filthy. I mopped the vinyl floor with a bath towel and it turned the towel black. This should not be a part of a hotel chain. They should be embarrassed to claim this place. We also paid way too much. Shame on you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We came to do the Incline so the location was excellent,with easy parking in the hotel lot. The rooms were clean and spacious.We plan to return hopefully this fall and we definitely are planning to stay here again.
