This was honestly a weird stay all around. The air-conditioning didn't work properly so it only had 2 settings off or full blast freezing. The hotel seemed very empty. I used the jacuzzi tub with jets only to have my bath full of black residue from the jets I tried to explain to the staff they need to run bleach water through the jet lines it's full of mold but most of the staff can not speak English. I ate once at the restaurant and had to play heralded to order and go find them to check out after waiting 30 mins. The hotel is also primarily catered to Muslims with all halal menu alcohol is forbidden on grounds and he bed was hard as a rock. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Lovely Thai feeling to the resort, gorgeous gardens, great pools and wonderful staff. Stunning views of the mountains and all with walking (or free shuttle) of the main shopping beach area. Was nice and quiet but that may have been the time if year great value.

Lovely views of the mountain staff friendly not too far from the centre and very secluded. Lovely pool just needs an update to the gym area not enough equipment and the current very old and worn out

Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.

The hotel is not suitable for babies! We received a wet cot with bed bugs. Our baby woke up in the morning with bites and rashes all over their bodies. Very frustrating and ruined the family holiday

The private pool suite was great with wonderful view and pretty big. Can provide some more essential amenities like body lotion and shaving kit etc. Breakfast was minimal. Hike from entrance to the stay was a killer after a hectic day at beach😀
