New Port Hotel

This is a unique spot to stay. It’s fun an easy to travel along lime scooters by the river. It’s a bit of a walk int old town, but not too far. Due to construction nearby, it’s currently quite hard to get your luggage there from the street, you must walk about 300m and go down several sets of stairs. This also must be factored in when you are ordering food or getting taxis when leaving the property. I wish I had known that the windows were not tinted for privacy. Also the top level where the bed is has a low ceiling you need to be mindful of. I am short but managed to knock my head several times. Also the hot water seems limited. I had quite a long shower and ran out (30 mins or so) Overall, nice place to stay. But if you want lots of ease and hands off luxury maybe stay somewhere else. If I came again I would book a room with the balcony to sit outside

A super location for summer weather in Krakow

Great staff

If you are looking for something different, it's a perfect place. The hotel actually floats on the river, and you can (very rarely) feel the waves rocking it a tiny bit. The ceiling upstairs is quite low, but it's obvious from the pictures. It's within 20-30 min walk from the town centre and 5 min walk from the congress centre - perfect if you are in Krakow for a congress.

Staff very good,breakfast freshly cooked tasty. 10 minutes walk to local shops. Food drink and entertainment in the forum next to the hotel very good.

Room was spotless, everyday the cleaners did an excellent job

The uniqueness of the room.The bathroom was ideal very modern. It was minus 12 and thick snow when we were there but the room was nice and cosy. And nice hot chocolate at reception It was lovely and clean. The staff were lovely. The breakfast (not included) was very nice. IDue to the weather. We didn’t make use of top deck bar but I couldn’t imagine it would be lovely, the river was nearly completely frozen. The stairs could be an issue for people with mobility problems. The view from the room was fantastic. We asked the hotel to book our transfer, which was on time each way. The taxi cannot take you right to the door, so you have to carry you case down/up 3 sets of steps, which wasn’t an issue for us.

I enjoyed the clean room and helpful staff. Only thing was lugging the luggage down those particular steps was kind of annoying and the height of the loft ceiling for the bedroom was quite small (and I'm short myself).

Great being on the river staff very helpful especially Kasper nothing to much trouble but property would nt be suitable for anybody with a disability

Very unique apartments floating upon the river, complete with balcony. Wonderful bed. Not to far to the main old town square.
