Stayed for 3 nights. Staff very helpful and pleasant.Hotel was great, good location for exploring the city, it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a short break.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for what we were doing in Milan. The air conditioning was broken while we were there, and on the second night, a pipe broke, so we had no hot water. But the breakfast was wonderful, and the ladies who worked the breakfast were amazing--so kind and very hard working! It's probably the best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel!
