Rooms wasn’t ready when we arrived, had to wait an hour. We were given a card with a specific dollar amount to use at the hotel, but we were not told it was only good for the first night.

Stayed here in 2025 and enjoyed it. Booked to come back this year. My United flight was cancelled due to weather and the hotel would not defend my reservation even though it was out of my control. Bad business decision means I won’t book again

The hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel has a strange layout and is connected to other hotels which was confusing for taxis and others picking us up. The food in the dining area in the lobby was excellent and the rooftop restaurant (which is not part of the hotel) was also outstanding and pretty. The location is excellent and convenient to many events and not far from the lake. Not sure I would pay that high a price again to stay there, but overall it was very nice.

Really helpful, friendly staff. Great bath, shower facilities plus room seemed newer or updated -- modern. Very minor issues with little impact: alarm clock, fridge not cold, bath vanity could've been a little cleaner. Great facility overall, would stay again.
