Mi experiencia es terrible la razón de qué no me pudieron facturar en el hotel, porque ustedes como Expidia hicieron el cargo, esto lo cuestioné hace algunos días y pueden validar en su chat de atención, me están causando un gran problema al yo no poder comprobar fiscalmente este gasto, desconozco qué sucedió, cuando esto sí era posible hacerlo en el pasado, seguramente nada más ofrecerán una disculpa por la situación, espero equivocarme, pero sí necesito comprobar fiscalmente este gasto, de lo contrario yo tengo que reponer ese dinero, si esto no se soluciona será la última vez que utilice su servicio lastimosamente.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast and AC and a quick walk to Condesa and Roma. Quieter residential neighborhood but close enough to the action.

Ignored communication from myself and Expedia once issues arose. I would consider changing my review if they would answer Expedia back in a timely manner. Otherwise I do not recommend due to poor customer service
