Mario was friendly, professional, accommodating and fun. Exceptionally clean suite with everything you need. All the beach gear, towels and toys was perfect. We will definitely return for another visit!!

Great staff, everyone very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Super clean rooms and very comfy beds. Kitchen amenities perfect for cooking or preparing food. Laundry room a plus! Loved this place.

Hotel was nice enough. The dishwasher was broken so that was disappointing but otherwise unit was fully stocked.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff at check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us as soon as we walked in and making the process quick and easy. We really appreciated the extras, especially the beach chairs and umbrellas they provided for guests. One of the best parts was that they still allowed us to enjoy the beach amenities even after checkout, which made our last day so relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and hospitality all around!

We loved this hotel, probably my favorite of all time. Very clean, comfortable and everyone was so friendly. The front desk woman, Gabriela, was so fantastic and accommodating. We will definitely be staying at Avalon whenever we visit Clearwater!
