Was a pleasant stay

Decent rooms with amazing staff. Bring your own towels however and don't be a light sleeper. It can get noisy.

Stay was excellent staff arre amazing rooms clean beds comfortable.

No hot water Wednesday night or Thursday morning

I had to wait for room to clean Not the best room. Dingy towels

The 2 days the hot water was off . Not offered any discount for the inconvenience. The manager say he can't do anything and it's not his fault.

No , couldn't park infront of room I stay in. Lots of cars going in all times of the night and alarms going of in the parking lot. Manager wants you pay in cash. Trys not to honor expedia reservations. Try to make me cancel reservation . I wanted a room downstairs. But still after I accepted a room upstairs he stil argued with me that I should have called to check. The site said hehsd 6 rooms. Later that night I saw a man I saw a man chec in and receive a downstairs room. He probably paid in cash. Thats what the manager wants.

Clean rooms Staff very friendly and helpful

Definitely time to replace/upgrade the beds. I think I felt every spring in the mattress. Please invest in new bedding. The sheet that is supposed to be fitted around the mattress was not, and it was barely big enough to reach the edge of the mattress..Flat sheet was same size(too small). And please get rid of those ugly vintage bedspread that are made out of acrylic and polyester. They serve no purpose and they are itchy. Ugh. Rooms are big which is a plus.
