Location. The traffic on the Airport highway outside the hotel was very busy all hours of the day. I felt it was dangerous driving out of the hotel every day.

The property itself was nice, but the room was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a long time. And the caulking in the shower needed to be replaced. There was mold in it. Other than that it was fine.

Not happy with the room not clean the shower not working right,I ask for a chair in my room 2 times and they couldn’t help me and the coffee in the afternoon was cold ,the water went all over the bathroom floor had to clean it up 2 times.

Try was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in many months. The daily is very clean, the beds were very comfortable and updated. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville.
