The location is near the beach, but we can not sleep at night, because there are a lot of bars around the hotel and loud music all night long. No, parking also.

The property was near the main beach at Playa del Carmen. The buildimg was clean and the apartment was very spacious and well stocked. Free toiletries. Thete eas parking offered for a fee. Lots of nearby shops, convenience store and market. A must stay.

Everything about it was more than what I expected except that beds are extra firm. Oscar made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He said that rooms with balcony facing the street were noisy so we decided to keep the room he assigned us initially. Daily room service is efficient. Also, it was a great value for the rate we paid.
I appreciate everyone’s great service and likely will return.
Beach is gone by erosion. Not their fault at all, though. But you can go to playacar for awesome beaches.

To go out, the front wasn’t very nice not very accommodating and was generally not happy to be there.

Kitchen was minimally stocked, you could do simple meals. No can opener or oven equipment. Dishes were chipped and not a full set of anything
