Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Lithia Springs

Did not have housekeeping. We were informed they only clean once every 2 weeks. We were told they did not have clean towels for us. My husband had to ask for a mop and broom to clean our room, as we were on vacation with our babies. I have called cooperate multiple times with no returned call. Highly do not recommend staying here.

I had a reservation but when I went to check in, there is a clerk with vitiligo who is sassy and spicy. They was gossiping when I was walking in and when they noticed me they tried to act professional. When I was going to check In, he started calculating extra fees and charges and told me an outrageous number for two days, including an early check-in fee. When I began asking questions the female he was gossiping with was finishing his sentences as if they were a pair of twins. I knew right then...they messy and no way JOSE...IM GOOD

They had coffee, some muffins & oatmeal.

Excellent room and this property was just what I needed for a staycation!

If I could rate a "0", I would. Booked two last minute rooms for myself and an employee. Checked in around 9pm and went directly to our rooms. As soon as I opened door several roaches scrambled as light turned on. My employees room reeked of cigarettes (in a "non smoking" facility). Went directly back to front desk and asked for a refund. Staff said that she could not issue a refund since room was booked through Expedia, and called her manager to explain the situation. Manager stated that they would issue a refund the next morning. I asked for a email conformation (or some proof of above conversation) and they "weren't able to do that". I messaged with a Expedia agent explaining the situation the same night, they said they would reach out to Extended Stay Lithia Springs in the morning to get everything figured out. The next day I get an email from Expedia stating "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. Based on this, the original cancellation policy will apply.". Will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America again in my life. I honestly do not know how they have good reviews. Aside from that, the lobby wasn't very clean and had a terrible smell that I cant explain. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS!

Have someone at front desk for check in and don’t have to wait 20 minutes. Also be my respectable when answering the phone and helping a customer out
