Smile Hotel Shinosaka

The hotel is super clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood that is just a few steps away from a train station. Staff is very accommodating and kind. The room is compact but still have enough space to move around. Breakfast buffet offers delicious Japanese food. Will use it again.

Clean room, well located.

Great cheap, easy to locate property close to at least three transit stations. Easy Access to the Bullet Train station and Hankyu Railway and Red Metro Line. Nice, safe feeling area with an array of small convenience stores. 2 laundry areas are provided, 500 yen for washand dry in about 1h30. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast can be purchased for 1500yen. The hotel operates an eco policy in which the room is cleaned only every three days. Daily Towel Changes and Trash Collection are available. The room was a little dusty, this was exacerbated when the AC was switched on. This was a minor inconvenience. Repeat Visitor and would use again.

Its clean, properly managed hotel, help you hold your luggage incase your are early for the checkin. Location is 5mins from the train station. Perfect for tourist.

I had a lovely time whilst at Smile Hotel in Osaka. All staff was humble and welcoming. Cleanliness was their top priority and everything was spotless. Size of the rooms are suitable for a couple and beds /w pillows are very comfortable. Highly recommend if and it’s an ideal place to stay if you’ve got a Shinkansen train to catch on your Jp trip.
