I absolutely love how clean this hotel is, and the ambiance is why I keep coming back. I travel to Orlando for work every month, sometimes every other week, and gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way because it's one of the cleanest hotels I've found.
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. While checking out and immediately checking back in, a front desk associate insisted I go upstairs for my ID, then motioned for the next guest to come forward, making me feel dismissed. I'm currently pregnant and have been dealing with severe sickness, so this was especially difficult. When I returned, another associate kindly helped me and confirmed my ID wasn't actually needed.
The in-room iPad also didn't work despite being reported daily. Four days later, I still couldn't control the lights, shades, temperature, or order room service. Being pregnant, constantly getting up to do everything manually has been exhausting.
I also waited over an hour for a bucket of ice. When I called back, the associate apologized and said she was the only one working and had forgotten. Earlier, I called to order food because the iPad wasn't working and was told I'd receive a callback, but I never did.
These weren't isolated incidents—they became a pattern. I left this stay feeling unwelcome, which is disappointing because this hotel has so much potential.
