The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed the combination of international and local breakfast. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for your service.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. While the room was not as spacious as I had originally hoped, it was actually quite comfortable and larger than many hotel rooms we encountered in Japan. The room was thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for exploring Kyoto, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay memorable. We would gladly stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Affordable buffet breakfast. Laundry services are extremely pricey so just something to think about. But overall very nice staff and service.
