Hôtels bien situé, propre avec parking gratuit. Cependant erreur dans la réservation il y a 2 hôtels au même noms dans la même ville et lors de la réservation le site nous a basculé sur l'autre hôtel sans le savoir. Du coup mauvais hôtel de réservé. Une fois sur place on me répond que cela arrive très souvent. Pareil pour les tarifs ils sont exagéré sur place tandis que sur le site internet il y a une différence de 150e. Aucun geste commercial pour trouver une autre solution. Ménage non fait le 2eme jour, on nous a répondu que c'était un oubli mais rien non plus pour dédommagement alors que nous avons payé pour ce service. Dommage il n'y aucune politique commercial pour satisfaire les clients. On nous dit sans se cacher qu'il sont là pour vendre au prix fort

නියමයි Chambre correcte et propre, literie ok. Cependant j’ai eu une douche bouchée où l’eau ne s’écoulait pas. J’ai dû prévenir la réception.

නියමයි Modern, clean and convenient. The parking behind the property was convenient. We couldn’t get the ac to cool down, it felt like only the fan was blowing no matter how much you adjusted the temperature. But the big window opens up all the way and it was a cooled quickly. The breakfast also had several hot items which was nice.
