The room was small but the bed, the sheets, pillows and the towels were very very comfy, made us sleep like real babies even if we were in the city center. The shower is small and the water drips everywhere when using it, but everything was clean and worked perfectly.

Close to everything you would need during Cannes festival. 1st night our hot water was not working. So that was Terrible. We switched rooms for another night and it was working.

Thank you to the staff, they resolved 2 issues appropriately and graciously. Friendly staff. Nice rooms, comfy bed (but pillows are too soft), great location and central to everything.

I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made everything feel easy from the moment I arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and a really comfortable place to come back to after a day out.
Breakfast is at a nearby hotel just a short 3-minute walk away, which was no trouble at all—though a bit more variety would have made it even better.
The location is spot on, with everything in Cannes just a short walk away. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Very noisy neighbours and the walls feel so thin that you can hear everything the neighbours do. That was the most frustrating thing about the stay.
That aside, the place itself is lovely and very convenient.

Nice location in the middle of everything. The bathroom however is really small without much of a door in the shower area and the water goes throughout the bathrooom.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු We stayed in this room and, honestly, it was in a very poor condition. In the bathroom, the hangers kept falling off, the shower gel was watered down, and even the shower holders were coming off. The bathroom itself was extremely small and uncomfortable – after showering, the whole place was completely wet. There was no mirror at all in the room. The carpet was old, which really shouldn’t be the case in a hotel. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.
