Great stay, rooms were great, staff were great, location is great. My only recommendation to hotel is to make breakfast offerings a bit more extensive especially fresh and whole fruit.

Beautiful modern luxury hotel located in the old city close to major landmarks. Spacious well-appointed rooms with artistic relief plasterwork. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice property with excellent staff. Had one of the larger suites, overlooking the square - a very nice room and bathroom - a really good experience. Included breakfast was also excellent - gets you going for the day. The hotel is very close to keys sites of interest - the old city square, Smetana Hall, Charles Bridge, Dali/Muncha/Warlhol museum to name but a few. Prague, the old city and its architecture, art, music, and history - are all easily accessible to explore as a walking experience from the hotel.

Gorgeous property, location couldn’t be better (very close to Wancealao but not too close to have the noise) staff always ready to take care of you to make restaurant reservations, you won’t regret it

The Chef de Cuisine (Libor K.) at the hotel restaurant “Zem” is outstanding and offers creative and healthy cuisine for hotel patrons. Loved the food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at the Hyatt hotel—very luxurious setting and ambiance.

Stunning hotel with amazing pieces of art throughout the hotel. Check in was seamless, friendly staff and all amenities. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Would deffo return.
