The staff, the staff, the staff! They were truly kind people. They had a knack for anticipating and providing the services I needed before I even asked. For example, they coordinated how many taxis we’d need to transfer to another resort; they brought me some belongings I’d left in my room while I was waiting for a taxi; and they offered me drinks in the lobby. The cost for airport pickup and transportation to other resorts was cheaper than using Grab.
Breakfast was mostly Vietnamese-style. Although I heard some people say there wasn’t much to eat, I thought it was excellent value for the price. The location is convenient, so if I stay in Nha Trang again, I’d probably choose this place.
