Stayed for a week here. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice all very fresh. Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful Used the pool every day and was excellent.

we were informed that we had to leave 4 days earlier than intended due to facility maintenance, obviously after we just check in and unpacked and settled in the room, we had pain in full when we reserved, we had to scramble to find another hotel to spend the last 4 days in and having to pack and unpack twice, we paid for breakfast only to find a very limited buffet nowhere near what it was last year

The customer service at St Regis was exceptional, they really pay attention to detail and make your stay with them that much more special. The hotel itself is in a great location, walkable to shops and restaurant so plenty of options available.
