Even though I booked online, there was some confusion over my reservation and I was asked to provider details on a hotel tablet the I had already provided when I made the reservation. Soon after checkin my friend joined me for a small afternoon snack We had two draught beers, shared one bottle of beer and a small dish of banya kouda. The price was absolutely ridiculous at over 10,000 yen. The breakfast at 1,500 yen was both reasonable and delicious

Always a great stay at the Richmond hotels, and this one is no exception. Friendly professional staff. Onsite parking which is always helpful. Sizzler is located on the same floor as the reception. Pick up something unique at the op shop next door and stroll to the station for lots of dining options.

It was really great here and I will book with Richmond again. Well priced, the rooms are very clean, staff are very polite, and its in a great area.

This is only place to stay in Mitaka station, so I wasn’t expecting too much. It was comfortable, but far from the station.

It was clean and convenient. But the room was visible from windows of the office building across from us, so we kept the curtain closed.
