Super rude staff as I saw in reviews but didn't believed while booking, finally experienced it myself. Also have been charged 500 yen extra for my entire stay of 8 days for luggage, which was not mentioned in expedia rules, for proof attaching receipt of this paid amount.

Bed kinda sucked. Was so tired it didn’t matter. Lady at the desk was nice. The spa bath in the basement is what saves this place. That is such a godsend after a day of travel.

All staff don’t speak English, so it was a little difficult the whole process. Location is great near to two train stations. Room was okay 👍.
