The bedroom was clean, clean sheets on the bed. Only 2 pillows on the bed for 2 people which is not enough could have done with extra pillows. In the bathroom there was hair in the bath, the shower was ok but had very little power to it, I have long hair and wanted to wash it, it was definately a slower process! The desk where the kettle was clearly had been there a very long time and could do with being refurbished. For just a night and only to sleep in it was ok. Wouldn't stay again though would find somewhere nearer the Ethiad Stadium next time. There was noise as well from rooms close by as the walls are only thin.

There were no washcloths in the bathroom, only towels. The toilet was crammed in a 24inch gap between the wall and sink. The shower was weak and barely attached to the wall. The curtains did not close properly and the deadlock on the door does not work.

A good hotel for 1 night stay. Everything we needed. Plenty of carpark. Lovely cooked breakfast. Well done to the friendly young lady working in the cafe

For me I really enjoyed myself, I found the room to be really comfortable. The staff were brilliant especially with my son ( who had an autistic meltdown. ) they were so understanding,and helpful. The bar staff were friendly as well.

The bedding had hair all over it and I had to clean it not the best service to be really honest
