තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Hotel is still as good as my last visit 2 years ago. Room is spacious and clean.

Parking can be improved

Overall the room is neatly cleaned, conveniently located with a nice view. Only if they can provide a thicker pillow for bed, and the Wi-Fi can be stronger. The Wi-Fi here is very weak that I’ve to use my own data for browsing website or work.

Nothing interesting to share about

Overall the service is good and the room is clean. However, the bath towels are very old and some of them are worn out, it needs to replace with new ones.

Good location for sightseeing and foods but parking need to improve.

Staff friendly and clean

The WiFi in room is very very bad. The only string WiFi is at reception lobby. I was given to understand it has something to do with the data plan the hotel has or router hardware possibly. Shower room should have installed handle bar for senior to hold on for safety reason. Only bath towel no face or hand towel. Really minimalist. Good point is the room and bed are clean. Quiet environment at one end of Penang Road and Grab taxi service responded within minutes.
