Ricky at reception was the best! Made sure I was well taken care of for the whole stay, all my needs like a late checkout was given with no issues :)

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff! The room is amazing and clean!

The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us in receiving our parcels from Taobao and Meituan, and even arranged for delivery robots to send our Meituan food orders directly to our room. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room and changed the towels and bedsheets daily, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with a young toddler who occasionally had diaper leaks and spilled milk. The doormen were also very warm and attentive. They always helped to open the doors, assisted us with our Didi rides, and made sure our toddler did not wander off without us. Although the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay and the hotel does not have a kids’ club, there is a toddler-friendly playground just around the corner, which was very convenient for families with young children. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with toddlers.

The hotel is well located. Good area. Bathrooms and fittings could use a renovation. I found the restaurant not very inviting so I chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. Stuff was very nice.

The comforter is way too heavy for the summer, I had a hard time falling asleep. Breakfast was so so.
