Breakfast food need to be updated and carpets needs to be clean... all others is good service..

It was great from the start til the end. Just awesome.

What’s not to like about a Conrad!? This hotel is wonderful in so many ways. Spacious rooms, beautiful views, attentive and friendly staff, wonderful swimming pool and gym facility, tasty breakfast, and automatic, heated toilet seats. When you walk into the bathroom, the toilet seat lid automatically goes up and a light comes on. When you’re finished, the toilet automatically flushes and the lid goes down. My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough coffee for me in the room. That’s typical In China and I always bring my own coffee for convenience. My wife said she didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner as well as in some other hotels but it didn’t make any difference to me. Great place to stay.

Great service with very helpful staff. Hardware and infrastructure of the hotel is excellent as well. However, it’s far away from everything (basically have to take taxi if you want to go anywhere)

Over all i had a good eperience but i will not come back to book in that Hotel.

Everything was great except the phone needs some new battery

The hotel itself including the manner of the staffs is factastic.The room is nice and clean. However the location is not good enough so far. The area is developing now so in few years, it will be a good location I guess. So you need to wait for the taxi.

SO CLASS HOTEL , SO GOOD BUT THE QUALITY TO UNDERSTAND FOREIGNER IS SO POOR … THEY CAN JUST SAY SORRY … I HEARD MORE THAN 200 TIMES SORRY IN MY DAYS STAY , WELL THEY DONT HAVE A TAXI SERVICE IN THE HOTEL , SO WHAT EVER Y ARE YOU HAVE WAIT FOR THE TAXI , OR INFORM PRIOR , I FEEL SAD FOR THE HOTEL OWNER WHO MIGHT BE A BILLIONAIRE , BUT HAVE A UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROBLEM OF THE HOTELS , THEY DONT CARE WHO COME AND GOES ITS SAME DAY STORY SORRY , SO IF U ARE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY IF U ARE FOREIGNER , PLEASE I ADVICE DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AS PER MY EXPERIENCE , AND THEY DONT HAVE OPTION FOR FOODS AS WELL …A HOTEL LIKE CONRAD DOES NOT HAVE A INDIAN CHEF , FOR BREAKFAST U HAVE TO LAND DOWN TO HOLTON RESTAURANT WHICH IS THE SAME , 2 BUILDING WHICH IS VERY COMPLICATED … TO DEFINE ..
