Very helpful staff and excellent location. However the hotel is tired and in need of a refresh, have stayed twice previously in 2011 and 2013 but now this property is really in need of refurbishment.

We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. We had great experience there.
