The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran smoothly, she apologised for the state of our room and we moved, which was easy as it was off-season.

A nice beach side location with a nice pool and a bar to watch the sunset. Rooms are very basic and with a little care could be great as they look a little dated. Staff were friendly and the air conditioned bungalow was comfortable with good wifi. Unfortunately, when staying for 4 days you get to choose to have your room made up on 2 of those days...that's not how hotels are supposed to work is it?!

At check in discovered we had a second floor room with no limited mobility access and no air conditioning. You could open room door when it was locked. They did accommodate us by finding rooms but had to stay in first room for three nights. Then had to move four times during our three week stay. Cost went up by 50% and couldn't pay with Visa as it would then have to go through hotels.com. Cut into our holiday budget. Resteraunt was expensive with mediocre food.

Unfortunately our stay here was not great...bathroom needs major work....many ants....pools were great tho....not the best area as little within walking distance.

Great location close to restaurants with a tuk tuk... Hitel service needs work. Due to the service we ate down the street at Danny's and Amy's restaurant..

Staff was no where to be found... Service was very slow at the restaurant we chose to eat Atlanta restaurant down the road.. Across the road is Amy's place we had a great time and she booked all of our adventures. For the price it was clean but dint expect any service.

නියමයි Staff were great and food was good. Pools were a bit dirty but you can use the pool from the resort next door. Room was basic and clean, but in a bit of disrepair. There was only one AC outlet in the room so had to unplug the fridge and TV to charge any phones, etc. The bed was the least comfortable of any I've slept in so far. Could feel the springs through the mattress.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු No house keeping, room had a foul odor. I asked for another room but was told it was full. I later found out it wasn't. In hind sight, I should have walked away from it and the pre paid room.
