Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Hotel Conference Centre

Super clean and maintained spacious room It was a pleasure staying at this Hilton, thanks for the great experience

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the airport, but you cannot hear any noise because the windows are so good. The Hoppa bus takes you to the airport. If you are more adventurous, the local bus stop is a short walk from the hotel.

Used this hotel for a night prior to flying back to US after a long vacation. Well situated and easy to get to Terminal 5 by shuttle. The restaurant is good. Starbucks coffee (European style), room was clean and spacious.

The room was clean. However, I had to change my room because of the bathroom. The 2 front desk staff that attended to me checking in and out were very incompetent. Their breakfast was ok.

THe food was awful. My steak was half gristle. The wait for food was over 40 minutes and i had 2 children with me who were hungry. The cafe downstairs closed early.The lifts were very slow and as a wheelchair user, this made a massive negative impact. The hotel is advertised as 'heathrow terminal 5' i had to pay £45 for a taxi to heathrow so think this is false advertising. The hopper bus does not run early enough for the first flights so I had no choice. I wish i had paid more and stayed in the connecting hotel because when you add all this up, it would have saved me money.

This hotel was clean, friendly staff, great bartenders. It was a bit confusing as we thought it would be accessible to terminal 5, but we had to take a paid for shuttle to the hotel. We were staying there because our flights had been cancelled and rerouted and we checked in at 4pm and out at 6am. Our checked bags had stayed at the airport so we had no clothes, toiletries, nothing. The hotel provided one toothbrush but never brought the second. There was nowhere to buy basics like deodorant, a t-shirt, etc. it would be great to have some options as I’m sure a lot of travelers end up there then flights go wrong.
