The hotel is in a great location. Very clean, wonderful staff. Breakfasts include fruit and coffee made to order. We had a wonderful time at the hotel!

Property is well located to the main attractions, good breakfast with friendly staff. Property manager was very nice and helpful, he even carried the luggage for us. There is no iron in your room, so luckily I had portable one to flatten my clothes

Our room was very nice. Included breakfast was also a bonus. The bar service was a little spotty. Didn’t seem to be a dedicated person, so it felt like we were just hoping for someone to come and ask if we wanted something. Still, overall it was a a delightful stay.

The staff and Manager Ricardo was Exceptional. Anything you need they are willing to make happen. Everyone goes above and beyond. Can’t say enough. We stayed in the Suite, the views were so nice. One block from river and great restaurants and shopping very close to the train station.

Lovely accommodations centrally located near Arno river. Staff and manager very helpful, excellent recommendations to eat with walking distance, and the complementary breakfast very good. A fellow traveler recommended the hotel and I will do the same.
