It’s located in the perfect spot, close to both public transportation as in buses and the airport subway line which takes you to many places, it’s also within walking distance to several major attractions. The original Ichiran ramen restaurant is just around the corner. You also have both seven eleven and familymart within 2 minutes walk. It’s in a lively area, but still a place that doesn’t overwhelm you.
The beds are excellent, I had the best sleep. The interior and amenities are very stylish and well kept.
My only downvote is that you can’t lock the luggage storage under the bed, so you leave your belongings in the open. I had no feeling of not being safe, but it still makes me uncomfortable because you just never know. There is a very small locker underneath the bed for valuables, that only fits a small handbag in size. Other than that, it’s an excellent accommodation.

Everything was great as far as location and amenities offered just would be nice if the capsule had a place to put your electronics. Like a shelf by the bed would be nice. It was kinda uncomfortable also and it was hot. They had the heat on so I was sweating all night and I had to buy a fan so I could sleep.

I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities considering the price.
One drawback is the ventilation issue in the toilet and shower room.

I didn’t try their public bath. The space in a room is reasonable for a trunk and a backpack to fit in to use whatever your baggage have. To be aware of neighbors that may make noises while sleeping which is expected. I had a great experience with this hotel staff and no issues with communication!

The beds were excellent and a nice treat. Very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and had great screens to keep the light out.
No spa or any amenities like that. Washrooms were busy and crowded.
