Great studio with a comfortable bed, high ceilings, wonderful decor, nice bathroom and a perfectly serviceable kitchenette. Air conditioning works really well. Location is perfect, close to restaurants, stores and public transport.

When I arrived, I discovered that I was supposed to receive a check-in email with access instructions, but it had never been sent. As a result, I had to spend almost an hour trying to resolve the issue before I could enter my room. This delay was caused by the hotel’s own technical or administrative processes, which was very frustrating after a long journey.
Another inconvenience was that the reception desk is located in a different building from the hotel itself, making the check-in process even more complicated.
Unfortunately, I also found the staff’s attitude to be unwelcoming and unhelpful.
Overall, the check-in experience was stressful and did not meet the level of service I expected.

Great place. Booked last minute and we had a very comfortable room with incredible air conditioning. The key code doors were easy to use and it was convenient that our code worked for all of the doors leading into the building as well as our room. The kitchen was small but perfectly usable. We would certainly stay here again!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in a two bedrooms with a kitchen unit. We had a great time in our charming unit that had all the amenities we needed. Very clean unit and very comfortable beds. Management was very quick to respond to our needs. Very close to all the major attractions and the public transit system.
We'd love to stay here again when we come to visit Prague in the future.

Perfect for a day out exploring, and comfortable to come back to in the evenings. The street is not too loud at night, and it’s a very good location for walking!

Room had everything you need. Bed was massive and pillows super comfortable. Check in was very easy … great location. Air conditioning worked very well
