The staff got my booking info incorrectly and they were not accommodating at all. I had a daily water limit of 2 small bottles for 3 people and they wouldnt provide more. Third person slept in the ground because they didn’t want to give us what we booked. Room clean up was done only 1 in 4 days. There were cockroaches which i noticed the last day of our stay and i didnt bother even saying anything.

Central location, multiple good restaurants within walking distance. Front desk helpful e.g. arranging car service for a stop at the Grand Mosque enroute to the airport. However delays due to understaffing - manager is always busy.

toiletries were poor, towels minimum, clean linen though, no tea/coffee or kettle provided in room, wifi was good though.

හොඳයි The best part about this hotel was its location to the Al Zawawi Mosque and the Muscat Bakery. Otherwise it was nothing special. A taxi from the airport should cost around 8-9 OMR. The hallways were always smoke filled, and even though there were two of us staying in the room, they would only provide one free water. The room was clean, and the hotel was near the major road which takes you to all places in Muscat. There are hundreds of Baisa buses that pass by and the "once every 15-30 minutes" number 1 city bus that stops near the pedestrian overpass beside the mosque. There are also many, many food places around the hotel, some cheap, some expensive.
